Do I Need This?

Not every therapist needs full payment management. Some prefer keeping finances separate from their session management tool. That's perfectly fine!

Ask yourself:

  • Do I want to track which sessions are paid/unpaid?
  • Do I want to send payment reminders to clients?
  • Do I want to accept online payments through Mindora?
  • Do I want to manage receipts and accounting integration?

If you answered yes to any of these, keep reading. Otherwise, you can skip payments entirely and use Mindora just for sessions, notes, and calendar.

Three Approaches

Mindora offers three levels of payment management. Choose based on your needs:

1

Simple Tracking

Just mark paid or unpaid

Track payment status without any integrations. Mark sessions as paid when you receive payment outside Mindora.

  • Requires no setup.
  • Works with any payment method (cash, bank transfer, etc.).
  • Get a quick overview of who owes what.
Best for: Therapists who handle payments separately but want basic tracking

Create payment links and send them to clients via WhatsApp or email. Payments are tracked automatically.

  • One-click link creation
  • Automatic payment confirmation
  • Built-in reminders
  • Bulk links for multiple sessions
Best for: Therapists who want convenient online payments
Requires: Payment provider integration (iyzico or PayTR; for international clients: Stripe)
3

Full Management

Payments + Accounting integrated

Complete workflow: payment links, automatic receipts, accounting integration, and detailed reporting.

  • Everything from Approach 2
  • Automatic receipt generation
  • Accounting software integration
  • Receipt tracking and delivery
Best for: Therapists who want end-to-end financial automation
Requires: Payment provider + Accounting integration (Paraşüt for Turkey)

Full Automation

Zero manual work

Coming Soon

Fully automated workflow: payment links sent automatically before sessions, receipts issued automatically after payment.

  • Everything from Approach 3
  • Automatic payment link before session
  • Automatic receipt after payment
Requires: Payment provider + Accounting integration
