Your Data Security Is Our Priority
We know how valuable the trust your clients place in you is. At Mindora, we are committed to protecting that trust at every step.

Data Encryption
Your data is protected with the same security standard used by banks
Military-Grade Encryption
Your sensitive data (integration keys, payment information) is protected with the strongest encryption method used by banks and government institutions.
Think of your data as a safe that locks with a different combination each time and only you can open. Anyone trying to steal it would need longer than the age of the universe to find the right combination.
Secure Communication
All communication between Mindora and your browser is encrypted. No one can read your data while it's being transmitted over the internet. This protection applies to all your operations from the moment you log in until you log out.
Imagine sending a letter to your client. With regular mail, anyone can open the envelope. Our system writes the letter in a special language and seals it so only the recipient can decode it.
Payment Security
Your credit card information is never stored in Mindora
Card Details Never Reach Us
When you receive payments through Stripe, iyzico or PayTR, credit card information never reaches Mindora servers. The payment process is handled entirely by these trusted organizations.
Think of it like a valet service: Your client gives their car keys not to you, but directly to the professional valet (Stripe/iyzico). You only receive the "car has been parked" notification.
Fake Notification Protection
When a payment is completed, incoming notifications are verified with a special signature to ensure they actually come from the payment provider. Fake notifications are automatically rejected.
How do you know the courier at your door is really from the delivery company? You check their ID and company uniform. We also verify the "identity" of every payment notification.
Secure Payment Links
Payment links sent to your clients only redirect to approved payment pages and automatically expire after a certain period.
Financial Transparency
All payment activities are recorded: who paid when, whether refunds were made, when links were created. Full records are always at your fingertips for any dispute.

Account Security
Only you can access your account
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Even if your password is compromised, your account stays safe. You'll need to enter a code from your phone when logging in.
Withdrawing cash from an ATM requires not just a card, but also a PIN. 2FA works the same way: Your password (something you know) + Your phone (something you have). No one can get in without both.
Data Isolation
Each therapist can only see their own clients' data. Accessing another therapist's data is technically impossible.
Think of separate offices in a business center. Each office has its own key and only that office can be entered. There's no door to the next office, the walls are thick. In Mindora, each therapist's "office" is completely separate.
Secure Session Management
Each time you log in, you receive a special "access badge." This badge expires after a certain period and is verified with every action.
Like the badge you receive when attending a conference. You can't enter without the badge, your name and access permissions are on it, and the badge becomes invalid when the conference ends.
XSS and CSRF Protection
Multi-layered protection against malicious code injection and fake request attacks. Your session information cannot be read by JavaScript, and every request is verified with a special security token.
Like having both an alarm system and a steel door installed in your home. If one is bypassed, the other kicks in. XSS protection prevents intruders from getting in, while CSRF protection prevents remote control from outside.
Active Session Management
See which devices are logged into your account. If you see an unfamiliar session, terminate it with one click or close all sessions.
Like your phone's "Connected devices" setting. You can see which devices have access to your account and instantly remove any you don't recognize.
Secure Sign-In with Google
Sign in with one click using your Google account. With the OAuth 2.0 protocol, your password is never transferred to Mindora — it's verified by Google.
Secure Password Management
Your passwords are stored encrypted with the strongest algorithms. Even if our database is compromised, your passwords cannot be read.
Instead of writing your password on paper, it's like grinding it into powder in a special machine. You can't reconstruct the paper from the powder, but grinding the same paper produces the same powder — that's how we can verify you entered the correct password.
Data Integrity
Your data won't be lost, corrupted, or unrecoverable
Conflict Prevention
If you try to update the same record from two different places at the same time, the system warns you. This way, one person's changes won't overwrite another's.
Imagine two people editing the same document at the same time. When one saves, the other's changes might be lost. Mindora prevents this: it says "This record was updated by someone before you" and lets you preserve both changes.
Recoverable Deletion
When you delete something, it doesn't disappear immediately — it goes to the trash. In case of accidental deletion, you can recover it within 30 days. You can also archive records like clients, notes, and goals before deleting — they disappear from lists but data is preserved.
Like the Recycle Bin on your computer. When you delete a file, you actually send it to the trash — it doesn't disappear immediately. When you think "Oh no, I deleted the wrong thing!" you can recover it. Archiving is like moving old files to a folder — out of sight but accessible when you need them.
Note Version History
Every change in your notes is recorded. If you say "I want to bring back that paragraph I wrote yesterday," you can revert to a previous version.
Like the "Version History" feature in Google Docs. Every time you save, a snapshot is taken. You can go back in time whenever you want and view or restore that version.
Activity Log
Who did what and when? Everything is on record
Detailed Operation Log
All important operations are recorded: adding/editing clients, session changes, payments, note updates. Every record shows who did what and when.
Think of it like security camera footage. Who entered the building when, which room they went to, what they did? In Mindora, all operations are on record. The answer to "Who canceled this session?" is always available.
Security Monitoring
Suspicious activities (such as too many failed login attempts) are automatically detected and the account is temporarily locked if necessary.
Activity History Guide
17 modules, 130+ actions - Explore what's being tracked in detail
Input Security
Malicious content is automatically blocked
Data Validation
All information entered into the system is checked. Data containing malicious code or in incorrect format is automatically rejected.
Like airport security. Your luggage goes through X-Ray, prohibited items are detected. Every piece of data coming into Mindora also goes through a similar "security scan."
File Security
Only safe file types (PDF, images) can be uploaded. Oversized files and suspicious content are rejected.
Just as virus-infected files are blocked in email attachments, files uploaded to Mindora are similarly checked.
Legal Compliance
KVKK compliance, HIPAA readiness
Personal Data Rights
Your clients' and your personal data are under legal protection. Your rights to access, correct, delete, and transfer data are preserved.
Just as you can withdraw your money from a bank at any time and transfer it to another bank, you have the same rights over your data.
Minimum Data Principle
Only truly needed data is collected. We don't accumulate unnecessary data or use it beyond its purpose.
Data Ownership
Your data belongs entirely to you
Take It Whenever You Want
All your data in Mindora belongs to you. You can export all your client information, notes, and records at any time.
You store your belongings in a rented safe, but the belongings are yours. You can take them and leave whenever you want. Same with Mindora: We store your data but ownership stays with you.
Infrastructure Security
Enterprise-grade secure servers
Reliable Servers
Your data is hosted on the world's most reliable cloud infrastructure. Regular backups minimize the risk of data loss.
Would you store your valuables at home or in a professionally secured facility? Mindora keeps your data in professional data centers with 24/7 security teams.
Regional Data Storage
Your data is stored in the AWS data center closest to your region. European users' data is kept in the EU region (Frankfurt), while US users' data is stored on US servers.
Your passport is kept in your own region, not sent to a distant continent. Your data works the same way — it stays where you work.
Continuous Security Testing
Our systems are regularly tested by security experts. Potential vulnerabilities are proactively identified and closed.
Like a building conducting fire drills. Regular drills are held to be prepared before a real fire. We also regularly subject our systems to "attack drills."
