Clinical decisions, diagnoses, and treatments are entirely the therapist's professional responsibility. Mindora assumes no liability for the accuracy or appropriateness of clinical content stored on the Platform.

6. Client Data and Privacy

  • The therapist is the data controller for client data. Mindora acts as a data processor.
  • Mindora processes client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
  • Health data is protected with AES-256-GCM encryption.
  • Client data is isolated at the organization level; other users cannot access it.

7. Payment Terms

  • The Platform offers free and paid plans. Plan details are available on the pricing page.

Mindora does not hold a PSP license.
  • Refund and receipt management can also be done from the therapist's provider dashboard; Mindora only routes refunds initiated from within the app via the provider's API.
