Overview

Google Calendar integration allows you to sync your Mindora calendar with Google Calendar. Sessions and personal areas appear in Google Calendar, and your Google events appear as blocked time in Mindora.

Tip
This integration is optional and can be enabled from Settings → Integrations.

What Gets Synced

Synchronization works in both directions:

Mindora → Google

  • Sessions you schedule are sent to Google Calendar with the client name and service, so each busy slot is clear at a glance.
  • Personal areas you create in Mindora are also written to your Google Calendar as their own events.

Google → Mindora

  • Events from your Google Calendar appear on your Mindora calendar as Google events, shown in orange with a "G" badge, and mark those hours as busy.
  • You can edit or delete these Google events directly inside Mindora, and the change reflects back to Google Calendar instantly.

Connecting Your Account

To connect your Google account:

1

Go to Settings

Open Settings from the sidebar menu.

2

Open Integrations

Click on the Integrations section.

3

Find Google Calendar

Locate Google Calendar in the integrations list.

4

Click Connect

Start the OAuth authentication flow.

5

Authorize access

Grant Mindora permission to access your calendar.

Tip
Mindora requests permission to view and edit your calendar events. Your data is only used for synchronization.

Integration Settings

After connecting, open the Sync Settings window to configure your preferences:

Import Calendar

Which Google calendars to import events from

Events from these calendars appear as Google events.

Export Calendar

Which Google calendar to send Mindora events to

Your sessions and personal areas sync here.

Tip
You can import from multiple calendars but only export to one calendar.

How Sync Works

Mindora uses two sync methods to keep your calendars in sync:

Instant Sync

Every session or personal area you create, update, or delete is instantly synced to Google Calendar.

Mindora → Google

Background Sync

Catches any missed changes and imports Google events into Mindora.

Every 15 minutes

Tip
Sync Range: 14 days back, 2 years forward

Manual Sync

You can trigger manual sync from the Calendar page using the sync button. A detailed report shows all changes:

Summary tab

Shows added, updated, and deleted counts with direction breakdown.

Changes tab

Table listing each synced event with status, name, date, and direction

Colors in Google Calendar

Mindora events appear with distinct colors in Google Calendar:

Sessions

Blueberry (purple-blue)

Easy to identify client appointments.

Personal Areas

Sage (light green)

Distinguishes blocked time from sessions.

Tip
These colors help you quickly identify Mindora events in your Google Calendar at a glance.

Google Meet Integration

For online sessions, Mindora can automatically create Google Meet links. This requires export to be enabled (Mindora → Google) since Meet links are created through Google Calendar events.

Auto-generated links

When you create an online session

Google Meet is automatically added.

Included in sync

Meet link syncs to Google Calendar.

Client can join from calendar invite.

Tip
The Google Meet link is automatically included when you send meeting link messages to clients.

For detailed instructions on adding Meet links:

Sync Status and Logs

You can monitor synchronization status:

Last sync time

Shows when events were last synchronized.

Manual sync

Force immediate synchronization if needed.

Tip
If synchronization fails repeatedly (5 times), the integration may be automatically paused to prevent issues.

Troubleshooting

Common issues and solutions:

Events not syncing
  • Check if integration is active in Settings.
  • Wait up to 15 minutes for sync.
  • Try manual sync button.
Wrong calendar
  • Verify export calendar setting.
  • Check import calendars selection.
Authorization expired
  • Disconnect and reconnect your Google account.
  • Grant all requested permissions.

Disconnecting

To disconnect Google Calendar:

1

Go to Settings → Integrations.

2

Find Google Calendar section.

3

Click Disconnect.

4

Confirm the disconnection.

Tip
Disconnecting stops future syncs but deletes no data: events already pushed to Google Calendar stay there, and Google events already imported stay on your Mindora calendar. You can delete either manually if needed.
Privacy and Security

Your data is protected:

  • Only calendar data is accessed.
  • Tokens are securely stored.
  • You can revoke access anytime.
  • Data is not shared with third parties.
