Adding Google Meet Links
Learn how to automatically or manually add Google Meet links to your sessions.
Prerequisites
To use Google Meet links in Mindora, you need:
Google Calendar Connected
Connect your Google account from Settings → Integrations.
Export Enabled
Mindora → Google sync must be active.
Creating with New Session
When you create an online session, the Google Meet toggle is enabled by default:
Create a new session
Set the session type to "Online"
Google Meet toggle is ON by default
Keep it on or turn off if you don't need a link.
Save the session
Adding to Existing Sessions
You can add a Meet link to sessions that don't have one:
Open the session details
Click "Add Google Meet Link"
For recurring sessions, choose the scope
For Recurring Sessions
When adding a Meet link to a recurring session, you'll see options:
Only this session
Add link only to this specific session.
This and all future dated sessions
This session + all sessions from today onwards in the series
This and all following sessions
This session + all chronologically following sessions
Where to Find the Link
Once created, the Meet link appears in:
Edit session window
Accessible from calendar, sessions page, or client detail page.
The linked Google Calendar event
Meeting link messages sent to clients
Sending to Clients
Use the "Send Meeting Link" feature to share the link with your client via WhatsApp or email.
