Sending Meeting Links

Learn how to send video meeting links to your clients for online sessions.

Overview

Meeting links help you share video call information with clients for online therapy sessions. You can send links via WhatsApp or Email.

Meeting links use Google Meet
Right now, Mindora meeting links are Google Meet links — you create a Google Meet link through the Google Calendar integration and send it to your client. Built-in video calls are coming to Mindora soon; when they arrive, you'll send that link the same way.
Tip
The meeting link message includes the video call URL, session date, time, and your name.

Timezone Handling

For international clients:

Double-check URL

Make sure the meeting link is correct before sending.

Test the link

Verify your video call setup works before the session.

Add any joining instructions if your platform requires them.
