Profile Settings
Manage your core profile settings such as name, title, contact information, location, and timezone.
What are Profile Settings?
Profile settings let you manage your basic personal and professional information in your Mindora account. The information you enter here is automatically used across invoicing, message templates, and your online booking page.
How to Reach This Page
Follow these steps to reach profile settings:
Open Profile Menu
Click the profile icon in the top right corner.
Go to Settings
Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
Open Profile Tab
Click the "Profile" tab on the Settings page.
Basic Information
First Name and Last Name
Required fields. Displayed in messages sent to clients and on invoices.
Title
Your professional title (e.g., Clinical Psychologist, Counselor). Displayed on your online booking page.
Clinic / Office Name
Required field. Displayed on payment pages, receipts, and messages sent to clients.
Location and Timezone
Country of Operation
Set during account creation and cannot be changed later. Determines your currency, available payment integrations, and note template language. Current options: Turkey, USA, UK, Germany.
Timezone
All appointments, reminders, and notifications in your calendar are displayed based on this timezone. You select from a searchable dropdown by city name and GMT offset (e.g., Istanbul GMT+3, New York GMT-5). You can change your timezone when traveling or working with clients in different countries.

Contact Information
Email Address
Read-only because it is used for login and security operations. To change it, you need to contact the support team.
Phone Number
You can enter your phone number with an international prefix selector (+90, +1, +44, +49). Format: 555 123 4567.
English Note Templates
When enabled, English note templates will be shown alongside your local language templates in the template selection list when creating notes. This lets you create clinical notes using English templates (e.g., SOAP, DAP, BIRP). Ideal for therapists working with international clients or those who prefer English documentation.
