Publishing and Subdomain
Publish your website: subdomain (URL) selection, publishing requirements, going live/offline, and sharing your site address.
Overview
Publishing is the step where you make your website accessible to visitors. As the fifth step in the My Website panel, this page lets you set your site URL (subdomain), check publishing requirements, and take your site live or offline.
Page Layout
The publishing page consists of two main sections:
Left panel — Site status (live/offline) and URL configuration
Right panel — Publishing requirements checklist
Website URL (Subdomain)
Set the internet address for your website. The slug you choose becomes the first part of your site URL.
URL Format
Your site will be accessible in this format:
Slug Rules
Lowercase letters only (a-z)
Numbers (0-9)
Hyphens (-)
Length: 3–50 characters
Spaces, uppercase letters, and special characters are not allowed.

Checking Availability
After typing in the slug field, click the "Check Availability" button. The system checks whether the slug is already in use by another user.
Publishing Requirements
All three requirements below must be met before you can publish your site. Requirements are checked in real-time in the right panel.
Website URL configured
You must have set a subdomain slug.
Bio written (min. 150 characters)
You must fill in the About Me (biography) field in the Profile Editing step.
At least 1 active service
You must have at least one active service in the Service Catalog.

When all requirements are met, you can take your site live from the "Website Status" section in the left panel.

All items in the right panel checklist should show green checkmarks.
Toggle the "Website Status" switch to on
The switch is only enabled when all requirements are met. If requirements are incomplete, the switch is disabled.
Wait for the confirmation message
A green notification "Your website is now live!" will be displayed.
Unpublishing Your Website
You can take your site offline at any time. No requirement checks are performed for unpublishing.
Toggle the "Website Status" switch to off.

URL Actions
When your site URL is configured, two additional action buttons appear:
Copy URL
Copies the full site URL to clipboard. Useful for sharing on social media, email, or messages.
View Site
Opens your published site in a new browser tab. Only visible when the site is live.
Saving Changes
Click the "Save" button at the bottom right of the page to save slug changes. Publishing/unpublishing happens instantly via the toggle.
Save Button States
If no changes have been made, the button is disabled (not clickable).
When the slug is changed, the button becomes active.
During the save operation, the button is disabled and a loading indicator is shown.
After a successful save, a green notification message is displayed.
Version Conflict
If you edited settings simultaneously in another browser tab or device, you may receive a version conflict error when saving. In this case, refresh the page and redo your changes.
Tips and Best Practices
SEO-Friendly Slug
Use your name and specialty in your slug. For example, a slug like "dr-ayse-anxiety" improves your visibility in search engines.
Complete Before Publishing
Complete all your profile and appearance settings before publishing. Incomplete sections do not leave a professional impression on visitors.
Add Your URL Everywhere
After publishing, add your URL to your social media profiles, Google Ads campaigns, and email signature.
Quick Sharing
Use the Copy URL button to quickly share your site address.
Take Offline Before Updates
You can temporarily take your site offline before making major updates. Your content is preserved.
