Publishing a Post
There are two ways to publish a blog post:
Click the "Publish" button in the editor top bar.
Click "Publish" from the post card menu in the blog list.
When published:
Status is updated to "Published".
Publication date is recorded.
Becomes visible on your website (if visibility is on).
If marked as featured, it is shown at the top of the blog list and in the Featured Posts section on your site's home page.
Reading Time
Reading time is calculated automatically. Word count in the content is divided by 200 to determine the time in minutes.
Shown on blog cards and post pages as "X min read".
Recalculated whenever content is updated.
Saving Changes
There is no auto-save in the post editor. Click the "Save Draft" button in the top bar to save your changes.
The "Save Draft" button saves all content changes.
The "Publish" button first saves changes, then publishes the post.
An indicator appears in the top bar if there are unsaved changes.
Version Conflict
If you edited the same post in another tab, you may receive a version conflict error when saving. Refresh the page and redo your changes.
