Exporting Payment Data

Learn how to export your payment records to CSV or Excel for accounting, analysis, or backup purposes.

Overview

Mindora allows you to export your payment data in two formats: CSV and Excel. This is useful for:

Sharing data with your accountant

Creating custom reports in spreadsheet software

Keeping offline backups of your payment records

Analyzing payment trends and statistics

Tip
The Export button is only available when viewing in Sessions mode (not Clients mode).

How to Export

Go to the Payments page.

Ensure you're in Sessions view mode (default).

Apply any filters if you want to export a subset of data.

Click the "Export" button in the top-right area.

Choose your format: CSV or Excel.

The file will download automatically.

Export Options

CSV Format

Comma-separated values file. Compatible with all spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers). Best for data processing and imports into other systems.

Excel Format

Excel-compatible file (.xls). Opens directly in Microsoft Excel with proper formatting. Best for immediate viewing and editing.

What Gets Exported

Export Scope

The export includes different data depending on your selection:

If rows are selected: Only selected sessions are exported.

If no selection: All sessions matching current filters are exported.

Tip
The Export button shows a subtitle indicating how many records will be exported.

Exported Columns

Each exported file includes these columns:

Client name

Service/Session type

Session date

Payment amount

Payment status

Payment channel (Online/In Person)

File Naming

Exported files are automatically named using the format:

odemeler_YYYY-MM-DD.csvExample: odemeler_2024-01-15.csv

Exporting Selected Sessions

To export only specific sessions:

Use checkboxes to select the sessions you want to export.

Click the Export button.

Choose your format.

Tip
The subtitle under each format option shows how many selected sessions will be exported.

Exporting Filtered Data

To export sessions matching specific criteria:

Apply filters (status tab, date range, search, etc.).

Verify the filtered results in the table.

Click Export (without selecting any rows).

All filtered sessions will be included in the export.

Common Use Cases

Monthly Report for Accountant

Filter by date range (current month), then export as CSV for your accountant.

Unpaid Sessions List

Switch to Unpaid tab, export to track outstanding payments.

Client-Specific Records

Search for a client's name, then export their payment history.

Year-End Summary

Set date filter to entire year, export for annual accounting.
