Payments Table

Learn how to navigate, filter, and manage all your session payments from the main payments screen.

Overview

The Payments Table is your central hub for managing all session payments. From here you can view payment statuses, filter by various criteria, perform bulk actions, and access detailed payment management for each session.

Page Layout

The payments page is divided into three main areas:

Header

Page title, export options, view toggle, and create payment link button

Left Sidebar

Summary cards showing revenue, overdue payments, and session-based income

Main Table

Filterable, sortable table of all sessions with payment information

Status Tabs

At the top of the table, you'll find status filter tabs that let you quickly view sessions by payment status:

Paid28
Unpaid10
Link Sent4
Refunded2
All:Shows all sessions regardless of payment status.
Paid:Sessions that have been paid (via link or manually)
Unpaid:Sessions awaiting payment
Link Sent:Sessions with an active payment link
Refunded:Sessions that have been refunded (full or partial)
Tip
Each tab shows a count badge indicating how many sessions match that status.

Filter Dropdowns

Use the dropdown filters to quickly find specific sessions:

Client

Select a client to show only their sessions.

Session

Multi-select sessions by date (e.g., "15 January 2026").

Tip
The session filter supports multiple selection. Selected count is shown in the dropdown.

Advanced Filters

Click the filter icon to expand the advanced filter panel. Available filters vary based on the selected status tab:

Date Filters

Filter sessions by date range:

Payment Date
Overdue
This Week
This Month
Future
Past
Custom Date

Payment Type Filter

Available in All and Paid tabs:

Manual
Via Link
Free

Communication Filter

Filter by communication status. Options change based on the status tab:

Table Columns

The table displays the following information for each session:

Checkbox

Select sessions for bulk actions.

Client

Client name and service type (sortable)

Date

Session date with future session indicator (sortable)

Session

Session info badges (Online/In Person, Confirmed/Pending, Series)

Payment

Payment status badge plus indicator icons

Amount

Session fee amount (sortable)

Actions

Quick action menu

Status Icons

Next to the status badge, you may see additional icons:

Overdue

Session date has passed but payment not received.

Link Sent

Payment link was created and sent to client.

Link Created

Payment link exists but hasn't been sent yet.

Reminder Sent

A payment reminder was sent to the client.

Receipt Uploaded

A receipt has been uploaded for this session.

Confirmation Sent

Payment confirmation was sent to client.

Sorting

Click on any column header to sort by that column. Click again to reverse the sort order. Sortable columns are: Client, Date, Status, and Amount.

Bulk Actions

Select multiple sessions using the checkboxes to perform bulk actions:

Create and Send Link

Create a single payment link for all selected sessions (same client only).

Remind

Send payment reminders for selected sessions.

Clear Selection

Deselect all selected sessions.

Tip
Bulk payment links can only be created when all selected sessions belong to the same client.

Row Actions

Click the three-dot menu on any row to access quick actions:

Manage Payment

Opens the payment detail window for full management options.

Remind

Send a payment reminder (available for unpaid and link sent statuses).

View Modes

Toggle between two view modes using the button in the header:

View Sessions

Default table view showing all sessions with payment info

View History

Chronological log of all payment-related events

Tip
The History view has its own filters for event types and dates. See the Payment History guide for details.

Export

Export your payment data using the Export button in the header:

Export as CSV

Download data in CSV format for spreadsheet applications.

Export as Excel

Download data in Excel format with formatting.

Tip
Exports include all sessions matching your current filters.
