Your Payment Sources
In Mindora, you can receive payments through two methods:
Payment Links (Stripe)
- Clients pay online via credit/debit card.
- Payments are automatically tracked in the Stripe Dashboard.
- Payments can be synced to QuickBooks.
Manual Payments
- Covers cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and more.
- Payments are recorded manually in Mindora.
- Payments can be exported via CSV for accounting.

Stripe to QuickBooks Integration
If you use QuickBooks for your accounting, you can sync your Stripe payments automatically.
How It Works
When a client pays through a Mindora payment link:
Setting Up the Integration
Log in to your Stripe Dashboard.
Go to Settings > Business settings > Connected apps.
Find and connect QuickBooks Online.
Map your accounts and categories.

Using CSV Export
Export your payment data for any accounting software:
Go to Payments Page
Navigate to Management > Payments.
Set Your Filters
Filter by date range, client, or status.
Click Export CSV
Download the file.
Import to Your Software
QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Wave, Excel, etc.
What's Included
The CSV export includes:
- Client name
- Session date and time
- Session fee
- Payment status
- Payment method
- Payment date
When to Use CSV Export
- You use accounting software other than QuickBooks.
- You want to import manual payments to QuickBooks.
- You need a backup of your payment records.
