Subscription & Billing
Frequently asked questions about the Free and Business plans, how billing works, invoices and card management, cancellation, and returning to the Free plan.
Plans
Mindora has two subscription plans:
- Free: free forever. You use almost all of the clinical tools, for up to 3 active clients.
- Business: a monthly subscription. On top of everything in Free, it unlocks unlimited clients, online payments, a personal website, blog and SEO tools, online booking, and revenue analytics.
Plan changes take effect instantly with no interruption.
The Free plan includes every feature except online payments, accounting, and website/blog. For up to 3 active clients you use:
- Client management and goal tracking
- Session management and MSE
- Notes, folders, templates, and version history
- Calendar, recurring appointments, and tasks
- Smart reminders and message templates
- Email, WhatsApp, and Google Calendar integration
Online payments, accounting, and website/blog require you to upgrade to the Business plan. AI features will also, in the future, be available only on Business and higher plans.
Currently there is only a monthly subscription; no yearly plan is offered.
The currency is set automatically based on your location: Turkish lira in Turkey, US dollars abroad.
Billing and Invoices
Upgrading to Business takes three steps:
- Select the plan: you choose the Business plan from the Subscription screen under Settings.
- Secure payment: Paddle's secure checkout window opens and you enter your card details. Your card details are never stored in Mindora.
- Activates automatically: once the payment is approved, your subscription activates within a few seconds.
Payments are handled by Paddle, a trusted payment provider used by many software companies worldwide. Your card details are stored on Paddle's secure, encrypted systems rather than in Mindora, and Mindora never sees your card number.
Paddle also calculates and remits taxes like VAT to the relevant authority on your behalf, so you don't have to deal with this separately.
Invoices: you see all your invoices, receipts, and payment statuses in the table on the Subscription screen. When you click the View link on a row, you are taken to Paddle's secure document with no separate login required.
Card: the active card your payments are charged to is shown on the same screen with its brand and last four digits. To change it, press the Update payment method button and enter your new card in Paddle's secure window.
If your payment cannot be collected at renewal, your subscription moves to a "payment pending" state. You are given a grace period to update your card. If the payment goes through within that period, your subscription continues without interruption.
Cancelling and Returning to Free
Cancel: you can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. Until that date your Business features stay active and no extra charge is made.
Reactivate: if you cancelled and changed your mind, you can undo the cancellation before the period ends. Your subscription continues without interruption.
When your subscription ends and you return to the Free plan, if you have more than 3 active clients a locked window opens across all screens at the end of the period. You have two options in this window:
- Upgrade to Business: all your clients stay active and the lock is removed.
- Select 3 clients: you choose the 3 clients you want to keep active, and the rest are moved to the archive.
No data from archived clients is deleted. Notes, sessions, and history are all preserved. When you later upgrade to Business again, you can unarchive these clients.
No. Platform is Mindora's therapy-focused marketplace layer, and it is not a subscription plan yet. It is planned for Q4 2027.
Once launched, you'll be able to open your profile for new client discovery.
