What About Platform?
Platform is Mindora's therapy-focused marketplace layer. It is not a subscription plan yet; it is planned for Q4 2027. Once launched, you'll be able to open your profile for new client discovery.
How Billing Works
Upgrading to Business is handled through Paddle, a secure payment platform. It takes three steps:
Select the Plan
You choose the Business plan from the Subscription screen under Settings.
Secure Payment
Paddle's secure checkout window opens and you enter your card details. Your details are never stored in Mindora.
Activates Automatically
Once the payment is approved, your subscription activates automatically within a few seconds.
Invoices
You see all your invoices, receipts, and payment statuses in the table on the Subscription screen. Each row shows the payment date, amount, and status (for example paid or void). When you click the View link on a row, you are taken to Paddle's secure document with no separate login required. The official invoice documents are kept on Paddle's side.
Payment Method
The Subscription screen shows the active card your payments are charged to, with its brand and last four digits. To change your card, press the Update payment method button and enter your new card in Paddle's secure window. Card details are never stored in Mindora.
Cancelling and Reactivating
You can manage your subscription at any time:
Cancel
You can cancel your subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. Until that date your Business features stay active and no extra charge is made.
Reactivate
If you cancelled and changed your mind, you can undo the cancellation before the period ends. Your subscription continues without interruption.
What Happens When You Return to Free?
When your subscription ends and you return to the Free plan, if you have more than 3 active clients a locked window opens across all screens at the end of the period. If you want to keep all your clients active, you can upgrade to Business directly from this window and remove the lock. If you prefer not to upgrade:
You select the 3 clients you want to keep active.
The remaining clients are moved to the archive and all their data is preserved.
When you later upgrade to Business again, you can unarchive these clients.
If a Payment Fails
If your payment cannot be collected at renewal, your subscription moves to a "payment pending" state. You are given a grace period to update your card. If the payment goes through within that period, your subscription continues without interruption.
Why So Simple?
Billing should never get in the way of your clinical work. Mindora offloads payment, invoicing, and tax to Paddle, and keeps your data safe even when the client limit is reached. You focus on therapy; Mindora tracks the rest.
