Overview

The Finance tab lets you see your client's payment status at a glance. Financial summary cards, default fee settings, and payment history are all in this tab.

How to Reach This Page

Follow these steps to reach the client finance tab:

1

Go to Clients Page

Navigate to the "Clients" page from the top menu.

2

Select a Client

Click on a client from the list to open their detail page.

3

Open Finance Tab

Click the "Finance" tab on the client detail page.

Client Financial Summary

Three main cards summarize your client's overall financial status:

Paid

Total amount paid for all client sessions

Unpaid

Total amount not yet paid

Overdue

Past due and still unpaid amount

Tip
Clients with overdue amounts are highlighted in red on the Financial Status card in the summary tab.

Default Fee

You can set a default session fee for each client. This fee is automatically used when creating a new session.

Click the pencil icon next to the fee to edit it. After entering the new amount, save with the confirm button or cancel with the Escape key.

The fee is displayed in your organization's currency (TRY, USD, etc.).

Tip
If you set a default fee, you won't need to enter the fee each time you create a new session. You can override the fee at the session level for special cases.

Financial History

The payment history of all client sessions is listed chronologically. Each row contains the following information:

Session Date

Date and time of the session

Session Status

Session attendance status (color-coded)

Fee Amount

Fee assigned to the session

Payment Status

Current payment status (shown as a badge)

Session Statuses

In the financial history, each session's status is shown with colored labels:

Attended
Past sessions the client attended
Scheduled
Future planned sessions
Cancelled
Cancelled sessions
No Show
Sessions the client did not attend

Payment Statuses

Payment status badges indicate the following:

Paid
Payment was made manually or via link.
Unpaid
No payment has been made yet.
Overdue
The payment is past due and still unpaid.
Link Sent
A payment link has been sent, and payment is pending.
Free
The session is marked as free.
Refund Pending
Refund has been initiated but not yet completed.
Refunded
Payment has been fully refunded.
Partial Refund
Part of the payment has been refunded.

Overdue Calculation Logic

The overdue amount is calculated from the total fees of sessions whose date has passed and whose payment status is still "Unpaid" or "Link Sent".

Read-Only Mode

Tip
The finance tab for archived or deleted clients is in read-only mode. Actions like fee editing and payment status changes are not available.

Manage in Payments

Click the "Manage in Payments →" link at the bottom of the list to navigate to the Payments page in a new tab. There you can do detailed payment management, create links, and handle receipts.

Tip
Payment links in both the finance tab and summary tab open in a new tab. This way you can manage payments without closing the client page.
