What is Activity History?

Activity History is Mindora's built-in audit system that automatically records every change made in your practice. Think of it as a detailed journal that answers: Who did what, when, and what changed?

Why Does It Matter?

Track changes

See when a session was cancelled, rescheduled, or modified.

Accountability

Know who made each change (you, a team member, or the system).

Evidence

Have a record for billing disputes or client questions.

Peace of mind

Nothing gets lost or forgotten.

Regulatory compliance

Maintains audit trails required by KVKK, GDPR, and HIPAA.

What Gets Tracked?

Where to Find Activity History?

You can access activity history in two places:

Audit Logs Page

Go to Tools → Audit Logs to see all activities across your entire practice. Filter by date, module, event type, or search for specific actions.

Entity Detail Pages

Each session, client, and note detail page has its own activity history tab showing only the relevant events for that specific record.

Tip
The dedicated page is great for an overall view, while entity-specific history helps you understand what happened to a particular session or client.

Understanding Activity Entries

Each activity entry shows:

Icon indicating the type of action

Description of what happened

When it happened (in your timezone)

Who performed the action

Additional details like old/new values

Automatically Triggered Actions

Some actions in Mindora automatically trigger related changes. These cascade effects are also logged so you can understand the full chain of events.

Examples:

When a client is archived → Active goals are automatically archived and future sessions are cancelled.

When a client is deleted → Goals, notes, and future sessions are automatically affected.

When a client is restored → Goals and notes that were deleted with the client are automatically restored.

When session fee is changed → Active payment link is automatically invalidated.

When note content is cleared → A new version is automatically created for backup.

When a note or goal is permanently deleted → Related connections are automatically removed.

Understanding Cascade Reasons
Cascade actions include a reason indicating why they occurred. For example, if you delete a client, each affected goal's log entry will show 'Reason: Client was deleted'. This helps you understand the full chain of events. The main action's log entry also includes a summary of how many records were affected (e.g., '3 sessions cancelled, 5 goals deleted, 2 notes deleted').
Tip
All cascade actions across all modules are fully logged. Each affected record gets its own audit entry with a reason chain linking it to the original action.
Tip
Activity history is read-only and cannot be modified or deleted. This ensures you always have a reliable record of what happened in your practice.
