Notification Preferences

You can manage your notification preferences from the Settings page. Customize which notifications you receive and how you receive them.

How to Reach Preferences

1

Open Profile Menu

Click the profile icon in the top right corner.

2

Go to Settings

Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.

3

Open Notifications Tab

Click the "Notifications" tab on the Settings page.

Do Not Disturb Mode

When you enable Do Not Disturb mode, real-time notification pushes are silenced during the specified time range. However, notifications are not lost — they are saved to the database and will be waiting for you in the notification center once the Do Not Disturb period ends. The only exception is session reminders: since these are time-sensitive (sent 15 minutes before), they are dropped entirely during the Do Not Disturb period.

You can easily select start and end times from dropdown menus.

Preference Groups

Notification preferences are organized into 4 groups. You can toggle each notification type on or off independently. Some critical notifications (booking requests, security alerts) cannot be disabled for security reasons.

Appointments & Calendar

New booking requests (cannot be disabled), auto-confirmed bookings (cannot be disabled), and session reminders (15 min before)

Clinical Alerts

Note reminders (managed from the note editor) and archiving suggestions for clients you haven't seen in a while

Financial

Get notified when a payment is received from your clients

System & Security

New device logins (cannot be disabled), password/2FA changes (cannot be disabled), and product updates

Real-Time Notifications

Mindora delivers notifications in real time. New notifications instantly appear on the bell icon without needing to refresh the page.

Instant Delivery

When an event occurs (e.g., a new booking request), the notification is instantly delivered to your screen. The counter on the bell icon updates automatically and the new notification appears in the list.

Periodic Sync

The unread notification counter on the bell icon is automatically synced with the server every minute. This ensures your notifications are updated within 1 minute when the Do Not Disturb period ends, when the connection drops, or when using multiple devices.

Auto Cleanup

Notifications older than 30 days are automatically cleaned up. This keeps your notification list always up to date and manageable.

Tips

Tip
Check your notifications regularly. Responding quickly to booking requests, in particular, creates a positive experience for your clients.
Tip
Use the filters on the Notifications page to quickly find the notification you are looking for. Combining type and date filters is the most effective way.
Tip
Mark important notifications as unread to easily keep track of ones you need to revisit later.
Tip
Customize your notification preferences to your needs. If you are receiving unnecessary notifications, you can turn off the relevant group.
Tip
Enable Do Not Disturb mode during focused work periods or sessions to prevent distractions. Your notifications won't be lost — they'll be waiting for you in the notification center once the quiet period ends (except session reminders).
Tip
Save time by approving or rejecting booking requests directly from the notification.
