Creating an Account
How to sign up for Mindora: country selection, Google signup, email signup, and email verification.
Overview
Signing up for Mindora is free. You can create an account using two methods: with your Google account or with an email address.
The registration form starts with selecting the country of operation. This selection determines your default currency, initial time zone, available payment integrations, and note template language. Country cannot be changed after registration.
Country selection is automatically detected based on your browser's time zone (Turkey or United States).
Your email address is automatically converted to lowercase during registration. Registration is limited to 5 attempts per minute for security.
Signing Up with Google
This is the fastest method. After selecting your country, click the "Sign up with Google" button.
Select your country from the dropdown at the top of the registration page.
Click the "Sign up with Google" button.
Choose your Google account and grant the required permissions.
Your account is activated instantly — no password or email verification needed. Your practice profile is auto-created from your Google account info.
Signing Up with Email
Click the "Sign up with email" button to open the registration form.
Select your country from the dropdown.
Click the "Sign up with email" button to expand the form.
Fill in the required fields: Full Name, Email, Password, Confirm Password.
Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Click the "Sign Up" button. A verification email is sent, and your practice profile is auto-created.

Password Rules
- At least 12 characters
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 digit
- Cannot contain your name or email address.
- Cannot be a password found in known data breaches (checked automatically via Have I Been Pwned).
Accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy is required.
Email Verification
After signing up with email, a verification email is sent to your address.
Click the link in the email to verify your account. The verification link expires in 24 hours.
You cannot log in until your email is verified.
If you did not receive the email, you can request a new one. Resend requests are limited to 1 per minute.
Why Country Selection Matters
The country you select during registration cannot be changed later and determines the following settings:
- Currency: Turkey → TRY, United States → USD
- Initial time zone: Turkey → Europe/Istanbul, United States → America/New_York (can be changed later from Profile Settings)
- Payment integrations: Turkey → iyzico/PayTR, United States → Stripe
- Note templates: English-speaking countries → English only; other countries → native language + optional English toggle
